Through its TP Tactical Investing LLC (“Tactical Investing”) affiliate, Theatine Partners can offer clients capital solutions in connection with the firm’s advisory and fiduciary services engagements.

Tactical Investing was created to align incentives and forge long-term relationships with key firm clients.  We focus on not just “doing a deal”, but in creating value-accretive outcomes consistent with our clients’ strategic objectives.

We have the flexibility to invest alongside our clients, and/or participate in the value we help create (in the form of carried interest) which is ultimately realized through a transaction or other corporate event.
